Based on the development concept of global spatial control of "regional coordination, land and sea co-ordination", in this paper, the spatial and spatial analysis methods of land and sea co-ordination are innovated, and the spatial pattern of land-sea co-ordination and multi-center ecological groups in the Bay Area is optimized, and the sea and land national space development are coordinated from the national and provincial levels, and the land and sea infrastructure construction and environmental protection is coordinated at the regional level, and the land and sea industry development is coordinated in the bay area, and on this basis, the land and sea "one map" classification space management guideline is constructed to form a set of overall planning design and application of land and sea in bay area based on integrated management technology of coastal zone.
