In this study, the working effect of improving the rural living environment in the province and the existing problems of rural planning and construction management are reviewed and summarized. By referring to the successful experience of rural planning and construction management in the province and neighboring provinces and cities, the village planning and formulation mechanism with the villager as the main boy is put forward, and the rural planning and formulation system and content are innovated, and the rural planning mechanism with different levels and the coordination of relevant departments is established to realize the new situation of beautiful village construction characterized by the standardized rural planning and formulation in the province, well-arranged important construction projects, well-controlled ecological environment, well-protected natural landscape and cultural heritage and measures in the improvement of rural living environment.
