    The Administration Department is an integrated department in our institute that exercises the functions of management, overall planing, coordination and service. It is the core and pivot to ensure the normal operation of the whole institute through transmitting information between superior and inferior, coordination and connection with all others.

  • 1.Co-ordinate the research to play a staff assistant function: to formulate the annual key work plan and summary of the institute, coordinate and follow up affairs meeting of the institute, to prepare office meeting of the institute, to participate in organizing large and important meetings and academic exchange activities of the institute, and to follow up important research activities of the institute.

    2. Standardize the management to ensure the smooth and efficient circulation: to formulate the management systems in the institute for management of important documents, management of receiving and sending documents, supervision of the use of institute official seal, confidential management and so on.

  • 3. Guarantee service to ensure the safety and order of supply: responsible for the management of the fixed assets in the institute such as the office building, fire protection, infrastructure, facilities and equipment, and the purchase and supply of materials; responsible for public meeting room management, staff canteen management, vehicle management and scheduling, conference activities guarantee, and office environment greening cleaning management; ensure the safety of the office, fire, traffic, food and beverage in the institute.

    4. Follow up to complete the work temporarily assigned by leaders of the institute.
