Department of the Party and the Masses in our institute works together with discipline inspection and supervision, trade unions, and Commission for Women in our institute. It is the comprehensive administration department of party building, discipline inspection, supervision, trade unions, women, the Communist Youth League and so on. There are 1 minister, 1 vice minister and 2 staff members in the Department of the Party and the Masses, of which 1 is with doctoral degree, 1 is with master degree, and 3 are with senior professional titles.

Under the correct leadership of the party and government leadership team in the institute, Department of the Party and the Masses, around the center, serving the overall situation, adheres to the party building and the spiritual civilization construction on both hands, takes the creation of a national civilized unit as the driving power and carrier, and actively carries out all work. It has effectively brought into play the combat effectiveness of the grass-roots party and League organizations and the progressiveness of the party and League members, and made closer relationship between the Party and the masses, between the cadres and the masses. With remarkable achievements in the work of party building and spiritual civilization construction, it has provided political guidance, organizational guarantee and cultural conservation for the construction of a comprehensive strong institute.

In recent years, It has achieved excellent results on the party building, discipline inspection, supervision, trade unions, women, the Communist Youth League and the spiritual civilization construction, and it has been recognized by the superior departments in charge and the cadres and staff of the whole institute. The Department of the Party and the Masses has led the organization to declare a number of awards. The institute has successively won the “Guangdong province civilized unit”, “Guangdong Province trade union female staff work advanced unit”, “National traffic construction system advanced trade unions” and other honorary titles; 2 departments won the honorary title of national “Pioneer worker” and “Pioneer workers” of Guangdong province; 7 people won the honorary titles of “National Labor Medal”, “National Woman Pacesetter”, “National May 1 Woman Pacesetter”, “May 1 Labor Medal in Guangdong Province”, “ Guangdong province May 1 women Award”, and“South Guangdong meritorious female master”.
