Low-carbon and Ecological City Research Center

It is defined as an institute oriented to the whole team and individual in institute. It condenses the research force of low carbon ecology in provincial planning institute through gathering the technical personnel who are scattered on each division. It aims at complete the summary and promotion of policy, theory, method research and practical experience.
