Shenzhen Branch, which was founded in 1983, is one of the first to enter the Planning and Design of Special Zones. After more than thirty years of struggle, it has now developed into a professional and fully equipped design team with strong technical force and comprehensive strength.
Shenzhen Branch, with more than one hundred employees currently, covers many subjects, such as urban planning, geography, architecture, civil engineering, traffic engineering, environmental engineering, landscape architecture, environmental art design. Adhering to the special zone spirit of daring to try and open innovation, with years of unremitting expansion, Shenzhen Branch has expanded the business to more than 50 cities in 17 provinces. It can provide the whole service from the planning, architectural design and construction design to the on-site technical guidance. With rich experience in project operation, and the ability of adaptation to different cultural backgrounds and customs, its creativity and professionalism have been widely recognized.
(1) Innovation planning. It adheres to the development idea of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing, carries out research on "urban and rural integration, expansion and upgrading, low-carbon ecology and other aspects", innovates the planning contents, and closely combines technology upgrading with market expansion.
(2) Multidimensional development. From the overall planning to detailed planning, from the early planning to the construction, landscape, and municipal engineering design, multidimensional expansion, it devotes to the urban development, and the planning, design and research of all levels in construction field.
(3) Focus on implementation. In combination with the general trends and new demands of the industry, by multi-professional collaboration, it creates an integrated value chain and provides for governmental management organizations and the main bodies of development and construction with a practical and operation oriented comprehensive solution, which integrates consulting planning, planning and construction, landscape and municipal engineering design.
