Kashi Prefecture First People's Hospital is located in the north bank of Tuman River, and No. 66 of Yingbin Avenue. The original outpatient building was in the west side of hospital region, facing Yingbin Avenue. This project belongs to the old building reconstruction project, the original outpatient building had 5 floors, with the height of 14.72 m, and the building area of 4,123.3 m2, and now it is needed to make internal and facade reconstruction; a newly built 17-floor building (excluding equipment floor) is close to the east side of old building, including the 5-floor skirt building and 1-floor basement, and the height is 62.920 m, the building area is 27,718.7 m2, and the total construction area is 31,842 m2, of which the over-ground parts mainly include outpatient department, medical technology department, inpatient department and doctor training department, covering an area of 29,612 m2 (including the old buildings), and the functions of basement include equipment room and radiotherapy department, covering a total area of 2,230 m2. The total number of beds designed is 108.
The project site is in 8.5 ˚ earthquake zone, so the advanced seismic isolation engineering technology and etc are used to solve the construction problems (small construction space, inflexible spatial layout and etc) of high-rise building in the area with high seismic intensity for structure need, so as to better improve the service efficiency of architectural space. Meanwhile, we also adopt the locally applicable building energy-saving technology in the building, such as ground source heat pump and etc.
