Study on the urban supply side structural reform and new model of urban planning and construction management
In this paper, in order to carry forward the new urbanization and ensure the implementation of the urban work under the background of the supply-side structural reform, the contradiction between supply and demand in the city is conducted from the supply and demand sides, and the general objective of building the people-oriented high quality city in the urban supply-side structural reform is put forward, and the emphasis shall be given to the effective supply of the factors such as urban land, labor force, capital, technology, etc.; in addition, some thoughts and suggestions are proposed on how to promote the structural reform of the urban supply side in Guangdong Province from the perspective of planning, construction, management and the integration of planning, construction and management. By strengthening the urban planning and construction management, as a key link and effective grasp of the urban supply side structural reform, the transformation and innovation of urban and rural development and construction model can be promoted. -

Based on the extended application of big data technology in the planning industry in recent years, the institute has carried out a series of explorations and studies and accumulated certain achievements and experiences. By sorting out the existing research results, key emphases in work can be roughly summarized into four aspects: data standard setting, model innovation and application, multi-source data analysis, and the refined planning and design relying on big data. It can be said that the big data analysis application system in the institute has been formed initially. -

[Research Report]Blue Book for New Urbanization Construction in Guangdong Province
The blue book is compiled once a year and has been carried out for two years. By reviewing and evaluating the work progress of the new urbanization construction in Guangdong Province over the past year, the relevant requirements of new urbanization planning in the national and the whole province shall be coordinated, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the new urbanization development in Guangdong Province is constructed; the construction of the new urbanization construction situation of 21 cities above prefecture level in the whole province is assessed and sorted, with a view to sum up the law and find out the problems, and put forward the targeted recommendations of countermeasures for the reference in government decision-making.

STUDY ON COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF URBAN AGGLOMERATION IN GREAT PEARL RIVER
Based on the framework of “one country, two systems”, the planning study, a strategic regional planning research launched by cooperation of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao for the first time, through the two cooperation platforms of teams responsible for Guangdong and Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao urban planning and development, is the first cross-system spatial coordination study in China. Centering on the overall goal of “creating a coordinated and sustainable world-class urban agglomeration jointly by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao”, the study aims to promote the high degree of regional economic integration, improve the living environment and enhance the overall international competitiveness of “the great Pearl River Delta” through the strategies such as optimizing the spatial structure, building a highly accessible traffic network and quality environment.

Road traffic and municipal engineering planning of Guangzhou University City (Xiaoguwei Island)
In order to beautify the city environment, reasonably use the urban underground space, and facilitate to the laying, adding, maintenance and management of engineering pipeline, we put forward the design idea of setting utility tunnel in the island's central link and main radiating line in the planning, and actively responded to the construction requirements of "first-class planning, first-class design, first-class quality, and first-class construction" of Guangzhou university city.

URBAN SYSTEM PLANNING (2012-2020) OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE
Urban System Planning of Guangdong Province started to be compiled in 2001. In 2007, it was submitted to the State Council for examination after the review and approval of Guangdong Provincial Government. In April 2012, it was approved by the State Council and was implemented officially. Up to now, this Planning is the only guiding document of Guangdong province for its overall planning of urban and rural construction which was approved by the State Council.

URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING IN FOSHAN CITY
The planning has analyzed the role of Foshan rural and urban areas in urban and rural integration and trend of development. Based on the original “2+5” model, it has put forward the construction of the new city of Dongping as the core of future development of the city to enhance the competitiveness. The city will radiate the rural areas through traffic and ecological corridors. Several urbanization groups will be formed along the traffic corridor to promote the development of rural areas. Three rural coordination groups are formed along the ecological corridor to finally construct “1+2+5” urban and rural spatial structure along the corridor.

The terrain in the hospital is relatively flat, south high (12.4 m) and north low (10.7 m). The hospital region can be divided into three parts, namely, medical service area, logistics area and residential area. There are three entrances and exits, of which the main entrance is located in the land on the south west side, consisting of a 1,000 m2 green square; the secondary entrance is located in the north, mainly used for the logistics and dirt discharge; another secondary entrances in the south east side, which is connected to the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The project site is in 8.5 ˚ earthquake zone, so the advanced seismic isolation engineering technology and etc are used to solve the construction problems (small construction space, inflexible spatial layout and etc) of high-rise building in the area with high seismic intensity for structure need, so as to better improve the service efficiency of architectural space. Meanwhile, we also adopt the locally applicable building energy-saving technology in the building, such as ground source heat pump and etc.

Based on the ancient appearance of Song Dynasty City, the both banks of Zhaoqing Binjiang will reshape the historical and cultural block; build the ecological tourism base featured by floodplain wetlands; plan the headquarters economic center supported by the advantage industry; and construct the ecological community with mountains and waters landscape as the theme.

With safety as the premise, the planning determines the appropriate construction land through seismic fault zone safety, geological hazard risk and flood submerging line assessment. As the amount of construction land in the county is limited and scattered caused by the earthquake. The system structure of towns and villages of the center of Wenchuan after the earthquake will go through functional integration and structural reorganization under the context of population ecological migration, functional decomposition, and industrial replacement to gradually form the framework of “double-center” ecological group.

The Study on the Compilation Method of Township Planning—A Case Study of the Planning of Jianggu Town, Sihui City
This study has changed the model of traditional planning of the town and village system and proposed to build a four-level town and village system of “town center, rural central community, rural general community and general rural settlement”, which regards intensive land use as the starting point to reasonably guide and settlement and relocation of the hollow villages and sparrow villages.
